Welcome to the Oakleaf Early Learning Center!
Located in the heart of Oakleaf, Trinity Christian Academy Early Learning Center (ELC) is an extension of Trinity Baptist Church's commitment to Christ-centered education. Originally launched by our church in 1972, Trinity Christian Academy is now expanding to support families in the Oakleaf neighborhood with a year-round learning opportunity for children ages 1-4.
Our mission is to create an environment where children can build both academic and spiritual foundations, allowing them to grow, explore, and thrive in their faith.
By enrolling at our ELC, your family will gain access to a supportive community where your child can develop a strong educational foundation while growing in faith. We invite you to discover how our program can benefit your family and support your child’s journey.
Our Teachers
At Trinity Christian Academy Early Learning Center, our teachers are the heart of our program. Each one brings a blend of professional expertise in early childhood education and a deep commitment to nurturing the spiritual and emotional growth of every child.
Our educators create a warm, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. They are more than just teachers—they are mentors and spiritual guides, dedicated to partnering with parents to support each child's development.
With a passion for teaching and a love for Christ, our teachers are committed to helping every child reach their full potential, both academically and spiritually. All classroom teachers meet or exceed state education and credential requirements for their positions.
Our Programs
Our Curriculum
The mission of our Pathways to Preschool and Footsteps for Fours curriculum is to develop foundational knowledge and skills through guided activities and independent exploration that encourage a joy of learning while teaching students to relate biblically to their authorities and peers.
Students engage in intentional learning with free play, hands-on learning, and independent discovery-based and teacher-guided activities. Themes, visuals, and learning centers encourage the students’ natural curiosity, and group learning opportunities help students with their social-emotional development. As they play and learn together, following their teachers directions, students learn how to relate to others. Every day in our early learning program is a day for students to explore their world. Lessons and learning strands prepare them for future learning in math, social studies, and science.
