With 20 years of experience in education, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to
TCA Oakleaf. Jen has a vision and passion for both early education and Christian education.
She feels honored to have the opportunity to bring both of her passions together for families in
the Oakleaf community. She is dedicated to leading her staff as they seek to lay a strong biblical and academic foundation for every child. As the Director, Jen seeks to provide a physically and emotionally safe environment for every child. It is the desire of Jen’s heart that parents can
enroll their children in the TCA Oakleaf program with confidence in knowing that they are loved,
well cared for, and encouraged to reach their unique God-given potential.

Katy Harry
Assistant Director

Katy has many years of experience working with young children in a variety of classroom settings. Katy has strong organizational skills. Katy has a passion to teach little ones that they are important to God and they are loved unconditionally by Him. As the Early Learning Center’s Assistant Director, Katy is able to merge her skill sets and passions. Katy is able to assist classroom teachers as they seek to provide high quality, faith based childcare. She is also able to assist in developing and implementing program policies for the day to day operations of the early learning center. Katy seeks to demonstrate the love of Jesus to every child and family at TCA Oakleaf.

Silina Del Rosario
One-Year-Old Teacher (12-18 months)

Silina has a passion to see children come to know Jesus at an early age. She is thankful for the opportunity to be part of a program that prioritizes quality academic instruction and daily biblical instruction. She brings a unique bilingual component to the classroom. Silina brings a fun energy to the classroom. She is excited to work with young children and watch as the light bulbs come on when they learn new things.

Sonia Montijo
One-Year-Old Teacher (18-24 months)

Sonia is honored to be part of God’s plan to train and develop young children both spiritually and academically. She feels that the Lord has answered her prayer and led her to a ministry where she can teach children that Jesus loves them while also teaching them foundational academic skills. She recognizes that God has created each child unique and personalizes her care for each child to meet their individual needs. Sonia loves to partner with families to help young children meet each developmental and academic milestone.

Silke Heavener
Two-Year-Old Teacher

Silke has a heart to see children grow and reach their God given potential. She has been a classroom assistant and has helped teach children of various ages since 2021. She has previously taught and enhanced resource classes. She has previously taught and implemented
the Bright Start program. She helps foster a fun, creative, curious, and hands-on learning environment in her classroom. Silke is currently assisting our 1 & 2 year olds classrooms as they strive to help each child develop a lifelong love of learning.

Robin Humphries

Robin has many years of experience working in early education both in the classroom and in the
cafeteria. Robin is currently an afternoon teacher for one-year olds. Robin brings energy and fun to each classroom she is part of. Robin is grateful to be used by God to serve families in her community
by providing quality, faith-based childcare. She brings the love of Jesus and the teachings of God’s Word into everyday moments. She provides daily opportunities for children to practice foundational academic skills in hands-on and engaging ways.

Debbie Freeman
Childcare Assistant

Debbie has a genuine love for children. She enjoys caring for children of all ages. Debbie enjoys
assisting the classroom teachers with daily routines and teaching. Debbie brings a calm, loving, and reassuring temperament to the classrooms that she assists. Debbie loves to read and sing songs that teach children about the love of Jesus. It is her desire to plant the seeds of God’s love in the hearts of the little ones.

Lindsay Moore
Afternoon Childcare

Lindsay has served for many years in church sponsored childcare settings. Lindsay loves children of all ages but the two year olds have her heart. She loves to teach them bible stories
and songs. She loves to develop their artistic side with fun arts and crafts. She enjoys planning games and activities to keep them engaged and spark their curiosity. Lindsay creates a classroom fun environment where children can learn, grow, and develop both academically and spiritually.
